  • No progress? Help, please...

    I've done JP90 and did a few routines but they all consisted of warming up, stretch, jelq and edging.
    These last few months i've been doing this one:

    5 mins IR Lamp warmup while doing kegels (5 s on 2s off)
    20 min stretching (down, left, up, right, front(2x)) - 2mins each direction
    20 min jelqing
    5 min pumping 5 min rest 5 min pumping
    5 min ir lamp warm down while doing kegels (5s on 2s off)

    Looks pretty solid to me from what I've read in this forum.
    The problem is I've not gained almost nothing?
    Maybe 0.5cm (not inches, cm) in BPEL but maybe thats just EQ?
    Please, I have been doing this routine 2 days on 1 off and I take around 1 hour every session and to not see any results is really
    disheartening.
    Can anyone give me some tips?
    Or maybe shed a light on this?

    then it's time to try something new maybe add a pe device.
    Start 7.2 x 4.8 Current 8.3 x 5.4

      I'm already using bathmate x30 and I have no money for phalosan.
      Idk maybe I can't gain with pe? Just surgery

        Please, I have been doing this routine 2 days on 1 off and I take around 1 hour every session and to not see any results is really disheartening.
        I'm not a pro but that sounds like a lot
        I only started hitting those numbers (1 hour) after like 6 months myself
        I did try and do it early but i kinda realized its not all about having that large of a routine

          When’s the last time you took a deload period?

          What are your PIs after a workout? Flaccid changes?

          Telodes (sp?) has a great thread in the devices sub forum about getting the best results from an extender. I think a lot of what he wrote could be applied to any other device or form of PE.

            Taking a break and starting from the beginning may help. Why not try it?

              Yeah phalosan is very expensive. Don't give up, surgery is not the way. There are good extenders out there like the Leluv Slider and it only costs about 25-30$.

                No negative PI's.
                Morning wood is excellent.
                I only got a tiny redspot last week for doing 15min pump, so I decreased to 12-13min.
                It's veinier and flaccid is bigger, but other than that pretty much the same.

                Never did a deload period.Should I?
