  • Base girth

Was wondering if squeezes reduce base girth for a percentage of people ?

I just remember someone say " squeezes destroyed " their base girth and was wondering if this was common.

Love squeezes, and my base is 6"- 5.7" so its kinda my pride and joy right now . Also reverse kegals have helped that cs expansion hit 5.7 at meg sometimes.

How does it make sense that squeezes reduces your base girth? Or any type of PE at all. It's not like your girth moves upwards in order to gain above

My BEG keeps growing and I do a lot of Supra Slammers which consist of tons of base squeezing. Also, when you jelq, you jelq starting from the base, squeezing.

Inquiring minds I guess. Maybe should dig into my base more. Always focused on the forward less than 5.7 g .

Just the way it was said . And its a familiar poster from a few yrs back .

I see! I am not familiar with those theories.

My BEG has increased quite well in my PE years and I have always squeezed the base, and from the base, using jelqs, heavy manual girth exercises, and even clamping (I clamp as far down in the base as I can) and my BEG is now half an inch bigger than my MEG. I strongly believe I will achieve a 6" BEG before 2022 if I continue. When I clamp, I can reach 5.7" BEG (my record is 5.6" unclamped as my stats say).

It only makes sense the base girth will grow

Curious, should a guy start out clamping at 3x 3min sets ?

Ive done it before. It wasn't to bad just maybe rushed and it affected my eq so i stopped. ( plus the risk of injury) .

3x3 sounds good to me. If you are able to handle heavy manual girth work, a 3x3 start should be doable.

But if you are new to it or haven't done it in a long time, you will benefits from being extra cautious the first times, meaning don't tighten the clamp too tight, make sure nothing gets cold, make sure it doesn't get too blue/dark, etc.

I started with 3x3 and upped 1 min per week. I landed on 3x7 min, but then I took a 4 weeks break and now I am back on 3x6, working up to 3x7. My goal is 3x10. I can't really just sit there any longer than 30 mins total of clamping since I am also doing other stuff before the clamping. Just ordered a Bathmate HydroXtreme which I will use as a finisher for my sessions. That too I have to build up slowly

For Squeezes, dig the hand at the base as deep as it'll comfortably go to make sure you engage as much of the shaft as possible.

Squeezes should pose no risk to base girth. Go as far back as Big Al said.
