      I don't get to the ponr. I just get an erection and clamp in alot of blood during the uli. Basically you're looking for expansion, so wether you're at ponr or not doesn't really matter.

What i do is a few kegels, clamp the uli for 10 secs or so, then do a few kegel jelqs while holding the uli, jelq the uli hand slowly forward, kegeling, squeeze the grip before the glans and go into a 440. I mix up the jelqs a bit, doing normal grip and V grip. Behemoth exercise. 6 months conditioned so i reckon i'm cool for this. Caution when doing these, of course. This workout reinvigorated my zest for pe.

            I saw you were enjoying the Horse 440 finish, and I started doing it the the last couple times and wow that definitely takes an intense exercise and makes it that much better!

              Adding this the next morning:

              Okay after 3 HIGHLY INTENSE workouts with the HORSE 440's, I think I've killed my dick. The workout yesterday morning, I did 440's after every supra which I think was a big mistake. Doing 1 or 2 probably would have been fine but I got greedy! My PI's with the supras alone were awesome and had great EQ, morning woods all the time, and boners throughout the day.

              Ratcheting the workout up with the 440's I've noticed that at the end of the workouts I struggle mightily to reattain an erection and morning wood is nonexistent. I tried to edge before bed last night and couldn't keep an erection for longer than maybe 2-3 minutes at a time, and I never got fully hard. This really disturbed me....

              Then waking up this morning for probably the 7th day in a row with a mediocre mostly flaccid boner as the best my penis could attain for morning wood,it dawned on me that I'm doing something wrong.

              It probably is a bunch of factors including less sleep/less exercising that is contributing to the drop as well, but I'm gonna back down some and take the less is more approach for a little while. I'm gonna cut out all 440's for a while/get more sleep/resume exercising....

              I've already been PE'ing only every other day because these were intense, but my penis is completely dead after the workouts with the 440's. When I resume 440's a couple weeks from now, I'll maybe do one 440 the first PE workout, observe EQ, and slowly add more if I have positive results....

              I'm gonna take a couple extra days off as well from all PE'ing to give my dick a break. Then resume 3 workouts a week.

              Learn from me: Don't OVERDO IT with these, especially with the Horse 440's! It's easy to do!

                Hey Chuck, yeah it sure is intense with the 440's thrown in man. I'd imagine a full workout of 440 Supras would be heavy going on the old todger. What i've done so far is really just add a couple of supras to my usual jelq routine. I like how its going just now, i do like 100 jelq strokes, then some V's, then i'll do the supra, starting it with some Uli-jelqs and finishing it with the 440. Then i'll do another load of jelqs, and repeat.

                The guy on DLD's site said work up to doing 30- 40 mins of supras, that would really take its toll on me at the moment, so just phasing them in gradually. I'm getting wood most mornings now, sometimes even after a heavy workout, which i wasn't normally getting before. I'm gonna measure at the end of the month, to hopefully get an idea of where this routine is taking me.

                      Yea Eric, very intense! I like how they feel but I just got greedy Every time I've ever overdone it, I've ended up with low EQ. I'm a learnin'

                      I did yesterday morning maybe 10-12 supras in 30 mins with the 440 finishes. At the end attaining an erection was VERY difficult. Then attaining the erection for edging last night was futile! Wasn't happening.....

                      I too was having Great EQ from the supras before I got greedy with the 440's. I'll just have to take a step back and slowly add one or two 440's. Don't know if I'll ever be able to do more than that...

                      I hope they produce gains. I don't see why they wouldn't, right!?

                        Update:
                        I'm abandoning my Supra Slammer only experiment.

                        I initially saw a tremendous increase in my PI's with phenomenal morning wood/boners through day/etc.

                        The last 2-3 weeks though my PI's have bottomed out and really stayed low even though I've cut back TREMENDOUSLY on the Supras.

                        What I may have done wrong:
                        1) I definitely did too many and got too intense with the 440 finishes for a while. One workout, I am not exaggerating my dick probably had 150+ red dots covering 50% of my dick in dots....
                        2) Even cutting back I may be still squeezing too hard? My dick is still getting a ton of red dots and is exhausted even after 8 of these....(saying exhausted I mean difficult to attain a full erection which could be because my PI's are low too)

                        So I'm going to a regular workout with maybe 2-3 supras to finish.

                        I was hoping these were the holy grail to gains, and maybe they will be for some people, but I just don't know why my PI's have gone down and obviously need to change something....

                        Anyone had any luck with these?

                          This is such a great exercise and i have noticed good PI's from it. It is amazing howeven 15 to 20 supra's can be "to much", when i need to do more than one hour to an hour and a half just to reach my line when i do Jelq and Streches, so it is very effective.

                          I have been thinking about makeing a rutine for myself.
                          If i do the Supra on day 1 and day 2 only streching. Like when you go to the gym and working chest one day and back the next, if you can follow my thoughs?

                          Do you think think my outcome could get better that way? or would it be smartest just to do the supra's ?

                          Any thoughts ?

                            Do supras every other day and then jelqs in between. Stretching is done every day =)

                              I really like the sound of this excersize, I have been stuck at my current measurements for 8 months now! Im currently working with Big Al over at his site. Im going to slowly add a few of these to finish my workouts. Have a question about the jelq after the Uli, you do quick kegels while doing the jelq and then hold at the glans? Or do you do the kegels while holding the squeeze at the glans?

                              On another note, there seems to be some debate over whether of not red spots are a god sign or not. Some feel that they are a sure sign of a good workout and gains to come, some say its a sign of overworking. I myself have not seen any gains since I stopped seeing red spots after workouts, Big Al has eluded that they come from overworking. What does everyone think about it?

                                I do someting like 1 second kegels, so a total of 10-15 kegels during the jelq. I don't kegel once I'm squeezing at the glans though. Red spots are good, for me they represent expansion and growth. Overtraining for me is pain, not fatigue. Or when I feel fatigued even before I start my exercise.
