What would be the added value of pumping for somebody with venous leakage? The problem in that case is an excessive outflow of blood. The inflow is not a problem. Pumping only helps with the inflow.

I can get about a 70% erection naturally. For a 90-100% erection I need a constriction ring/band. Viagra or Cialis don't get me past this 70%. Can a good control of the pelvic muscles level out a (mild) case of venous leakage or is that an unrealistic expectation?

I think keegles work on a similar principle as pumping, they help pump in the blood. I know keegles improve my Viagra erections from 70% to 85%. I think you would need constriction to prevent the leakage/loss of blood. My ED is caused by diabetic complications, including neuropathy. Accordingly, my dick has lowered sensitivity which is exacerbated by a cock ring (constriction) even though it improves my erection to 90%. My wife gets to enjoy my bigger, harder erection; however, it is more difficult for me to orgasm with lowered sensitivity in my cock.

I went to a web site 6 months ago that explained in detail how they operate. Basically, they remove your corpus chambers in order to fit in the prothesis so that you can never have a natural erection again.
