Okay i'm not much of a kegal guy and just recently started to really get into them. From what I understand, they're supposed to help alot with EQ and flaccid. I have tried both a fair amount now, and have found that the reverse kegels get blood into my penis faster, and it stays in longer. Is this unusal as far as kegels go, or do they just work better for me reverse?
