  • I'm returning to pe after a longish layoff. Question.

    So, I was doing pe diligently for several months. I read Aaron Klemmer's excellent book "Exercising the Penis". I did my research. I took pics, I kept a log, I was doing the exercises right, with proper form. I was taking measurements. I even had a great pe workout partner who motivated and encouraged me, and who I would ask for advice. And I hope if he's reading this, he'll help me and encourage me again.

    And then, because work was taking up a LOT of my time, I stopped. And, of course, like going to the gym and then stopping, it happened. It was easier to not workout. Ultimately, I haven't done pe in about a year.

    And now I realize, without a doubt, that pe is a lifelong process.

    Needless to say, I'll take beginning pics and set up a log. And take my measurements. And hang out here.

    So, the question. What's a good beginning routine after a long layoff? Any advice?

    If you want to beat up on me, feel free.

    have u gained on pe before?? and did u keep all your gains???

      Yes, I did. I gained 3/4" of an inch in length, 1" in girth. To be honest, I haven't measured myself in a long time. I still have my measurements from the last time I did pe.

          I'm sure, just like everyone else on here will say to do, I suggest the JP-90. Just to re-condition your penis again in preparation for bigger and better things. I'd imagine even though you are not a complete noob, with that lay-off you still might want to re-con your penis....

            Certainly worth easing back into it gradually whichever routine you choose to do Terry. I think conditioning goes very quickly when we stop - found this out when I took just a short break.

                  It's sort of depressing to go back to beginner's status. But it is for the best.

                    Welcome back to the Gym, Terry. Most of my working out has been based on the JP90 program, and it has been very good to me. Consider yourself to be starting out from the beginning, and start lightly, working up to the full routine. This way you can reap the benefits of PE without risking injury. I know how things get busy and and those breaks from working out, etc., become longer and sometimes permanent, so it's great you're making it back to PE.

                        TERRY, we will certainly not "beat on you", we are here to support you not put you down for stopping! Hey, your back so lets rejoice! Like the others have stated, see the beginners forum for something to ease you back into the sights and sounds of PE! While reading our post I noticed you had said "life long journey" and man, your TOTALLY RIGHT! This is the longest process of your life and once you gain, you will just want more and more...and more! Find time, set a schedule and grow that dang weiner!

                          You're in the right frame of mind, Terry. PE is a lifelong process... something you and I and everyone on PEGym will have to keep doing to keep our dicks at an enlarged state. I'm excited you decided to start again (which I will also do when I'm completely healed). Just take it easy and think twice (thrice!) before increasing intensity. Cheers!

                            Thanks, sacc! And thank you for reminding me about increasing intensity in my pe....making sure I'm always doing the exercises correctly, proper warmups, etc...those are first and foremost. Getting my dick bigger is important....but even more is having a HEALTHY dick.
