  • Having a hard time - No gains made i nearly 7 months.

    Hi Mates

Short intro: I have been PE'ing for a year now and I have only been gaining the first half year. So I have been working hard the last 7 months, with high dedication and with a strong diciplin, but no gains at all. If I look back on the last 7 months, I am looking back on a strong and dedicated trainingsframe and I have'nt missed one single training, so I just can't understand why I have been plateuing.

I am so sick and tired of it. I have read a lot about plateuing and everybody says: "do what you are doing". But in some point not for me, I think I need to look in another direction. I have been doing supras for two months, with no gains and the rutine before in 3-4 months, so i really need some help to make a change, hopefully to the better.

This is my current rutine and training days are different, it depends on privacy but mostly 2 on 1 of or 3 on 1 off.
NB: I never do the supra rutine two days in a row, because it is grith work.

    I allways do 10 min of warn-up.

This is just 3 random days:
    Wedensday:
2 x streches in every way (30 sec each)
1 x bundled streches in every way (30 sec each)
    2 x V- Streches (20 sec)
    Some heli and clock/rotating streches
25 Supra's (with good edging and kegles in between)
    + Around 1 hour LAS

    Thursday:
2 x streches in every way (30 sec each)
2 x bundled streches in every way (30 sec each)
    6 x V- Streches (30 sec)
2 x base streches left and right (30 sec each)
20-30 min of downwards Jelquin. (low erect)

    Friday:
1 x streches in every way (30 sec each)
3 x bundled streches in every way (30 sec each)
    3 x V- Streches (30 sec) (each a different place)
    Some Heli and rotating streches.
25 x Supra's (With good edging and kegles in between)
    10 mins Light edging
    + 45min LAS

    Rutine info:
-I increase the intensity as needed.
    - Regarding kegles, I do them very often and I do them when ever i think of them.

    MY LOG: https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...k-ons-log.html

    Health info:
    - Sports: I do two martial arts and I am exercising nearly every day.
    - I have Stopped smokeing and I have'nt smoked one single ciggeret for 8 days. I stopped because of the PE and I hope it will help my PE.
    - I have just started on these supplements: Ginkgo Biloba,Garlic pills,Vitamins + multivitamins,Fish oile pills and I am drinking more Greentea now.
    - EQ around 8to9. some times when I am really turned on 10, but i can't be rockhard with out porn or female contact.

I would really like to hear your opinion, experience etc. about my situatíon and if I am missing some info, just ask for it.

I am so frustrated that you can be and I seek constructive criticism and some ideas and advice - everything helps.

I'd love to hear from you experienced members.

    Thanks

    Hey,

I have been PE'ing for years with little to no gain. I just got the Bib Hanger 19 days ago, joined the forum and followed the instructions. I have gained 1/8" in length after 19 days of doing 40-60 minutes per day. I am not having to do all that gelking and extra stroking time etc. During the hang time I work on a computer. Give the Bib Hanger a go, you will be very happy.

    BPEL 6.375"
    BEC 6.0"
Start 11-8-10 BPEL 6.25" Circum at base 6" Middle 5.5"
11-22-10 BPEL 6.375" Circum at base 6" Middle 5.5" Using Bib Hanger

      hang or extend.
I think, for some people, their penis adjusts to the tension and their cells become more elastic and durable. Able to bounce back. Or the penis just learns that soon it will be returned to a normal size.

Stretching or extending for extended periods of time seperates and splits those cells so that they have enough of a gap between them that the penis simply has to create new cells.

      Longer the better.

I keep reading this often here is what I do and do not put all that time in and make decent gains.
        Your are over doing it.
Check out the rest time VS work out time and look at the gains.
I put in there every time I made a gain but it tells you how many days on and how many days off

Actually a very interesting point you present if we compare it with my log.
BUT, I have been PE'ing for a year and I have a hard time believing that I train too hard. I'm certainly not saying you are wrong in your idea, but I can also have "misunderstood" my workload.

But if I have trained too hard, I should probably still have gotten some gain from it?

          About hang/extend.
I am not planning to extend or hang. My plan is to work as much as possible on the manual first and I do not have the privacy that needed to hang or extend. (living with my parents).

Try taking a few weeks to a month off and do only kegels and stamina work. Start off light and work your way up to what you want.
Edging, I think, has contributed a lot to most of my gains. Especially post-workout edging. Try getting into that as well. Lately I have been able to get so big I could titty fuck myself if my moobies were a bit bigger . Now this is a temporary gain, but the blood flow and expansion can only help the healing and growing process.
            Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
            Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

I agree. Take a month off, with a stamina/cementing routine ONLY.

Check out Big Al's Article on Stamina Work.

              Stamina Work by Big Al

After the 1-2 months of taking it real easy, slowly move back into a routine; DON'T go right back to intense workouts. This will help tease the penis into gradual growth again.

Also, the idea to incorporate an Extender or Hanging is a great addition to any regimen.

I am personally also a fan of pumping to help girth; it's pretty amazing if you stay consistent. Pump ONLY every other day. No more, no less. No matter how it coincides with your other routine.

NP97 and Calixtos I will follow your suggestion and hit the reset button and take a total of 1 month off with only stamina work. My PE was also becoming unmanageable and the easiest is to start over again and total reset.
Then I can also train a lot of kegles and edging, which gives a good EQ and great stamina in bed. So will my break certainly not be wasted

I will not do any cementing routine, because I will give my penis 100% peace and hit the reset button as well as possible. And the more peace it gets, the more effective would the workout be when I start again.
                - But I will do A LOT of kegles and stamina work instead.

I was thinking about starting out with JP's 90 Days beginner after my break? Or do you have a better idea ?

Bye the way, I tried the stamina workout yesterday and I am positive and i am sure that it will do good

                Thanks for helping

Just thinking out side the box, have you been to the Doctors to see if it could be something else like high cholesterol or something along those lines that would mess with your blood flow. Plus it couldn't hurt to get a full examine.

I play sport at the elite level and eat incredibly healthy. I am 20 years old and do not drink so much and has stopped smoking some time ago. Doubt that it is health that are my problem.

I have had the same thoughts and the only thing i "found" was smoking and I quited, both because of the sports and of course PE

It just seems that I am an extremly hard gainer. I have keeped all my rutines to the spot, with nothing missing and keeped motivated, dedicated with a large diciplin.

Regarding blod flow, i bought some supplements: Ginkgo Biloba,Garlic pills,Vitamins + multivitamins,Fish oile pills and I am drinking more Greentea now.

The only thing could be that I workout nearly every day and i do train PE often the same days, so maybe my body is too exhausted to build my buddy down there hehe
