Just curious, do showers or growers make more or faster gains? For example do showers make faster gains, but smaller gains overall. Or is there no relationship? Sorry if this has been covered before, i've looked around, and couldn't find anything.

Not sure if this has been covered but I don't really see the correlation. I think it's all about your physiology - if you're able to gain, you will - no matter your starting size or 'status.'Old Gym Log - Tracking progress with the iLogPE App
