Pee hole (meatus) permanently puffy and swollen due to PE.

Has anyone else experienced this? I got it after my first serious jelq session way back in 2009 (I stopped jelqing immediately after... for a year -- wish I didn't) and it's been puffy ever since. I don't really care about the appearance, so all is good, but I want to know if anyone else has had this happen to them. I am uncircumcised, which may have something to do with it.

I have.. I irritated my urethra badly once or twice a year or more ago.. after ejaculation the tip was sticky and it got stuck to my boxers and I pulled away and felt a sharp pain, my urethra tip was irritated and swollen, seemed to become semi-chronic after that, but seemed to go away mostly.. I now only notice it in the mornings? by mid day its normal again? how could that be?
