  • basic theory behind PE?

Ok so ive been and looked through all the exercises, looked in to all devices and read through quite alot of theory threads.

But the principles behind all the exercises are the same, are they not?

stretching devices, weights/hangers and stretching with hands are all their to gain length by stretching the suspendery ligament and tunica?

whereas pumps, jelqs and squeezing exercises are all their to add girth by increases pressure inside the penis?

so is their really a need to buy all these contraptions when you could add length simply from pulling the penis up (tunica stretching) and down (ligament stretching)

and gain girth through just jelqs and uli's if one would wish?

my question is if the theory behind ALL PE exercises is the same.. why do some find it difficult to gain (such as myself) and some can add inches in a matter of weeks

is their something some of us are doing wrong?

    my routine is:
10 minutes of fowfers (warm up)
5 minutes BTC stretching (suspendery ligament)
5 minutes of V stretches and stretching outwards and upwards (tunica stretching)
    15-20 minutes jelqing
    5 minutes of kegelled ulis
5-10 minutes of normal and reverse kegels

this in theory should be affective for gains should it not? so what am i doing wrong!

I pointed out that looking at your old posts you have gained. From 6.8 length to 7.2 I believe.

How long have you been pe'ing consistently since you started posting again?

You're right though, and plenty have gained with just manual work.

i don't think the gains we're accurate to be honest aiden.

i've been PE'ing religiously for around 2 months now

does ejaculation have any affect on gains possibly? i tend to bang one out after every session :|

have you made any solid gains? could you possibly send me your routine?

Hey Kiwi! The fact is: some people gain very very easily while others struggle to gain even the slightest bit. This doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong, it's just the way it goes. Just like people who lift weights...two people with similar workout routines may gain differently regardless of the fact that they have basically the same routine. The key is finding out what works for YOU. It takes lots of trial and error to find a routine that results in the most gains.

I personally made mostly all of my gains using JP's 90 day conditioning routine. This routine works both length and girth and makes it very difficult to overtrain. My advice would be to try the less is more approach to see if you're able to respark some gains. Big Al has suggested that a routine works best with a warm up, one length exercise, one girth exercise, and a warm down. You really don't need to be doing tons of different exercises for your workouts to be effective, but rather, doing two exercises with perfect form.

If you've conditioned your penis already...perhaps you could try doing a 7 minute warmup followed by a length exercise (low erection jelqs, side to side stretches, etc) followed by a girth exercise (squeezes, ulis etc) and a warm down. Remember, you don't need to go crazy with reps (especially with squeezes since they're a hard exercise)...I've always had the most success with the less is more theory.

Ahh ok, accurate measurements are a must, but I suppose that's why I don't like measuring!

Yeah I could probably claim an inch in BPEL, especially after recent measurements, minimal girth gains though. Look at my progress thread, haven't been updating much lately.

I've never done anything more than stretching and jelqing, not even a uli.
EDIT: nothing more than BASIC stretching and jelqing. No V's, A's, blasters or bundles etc.

Opinions vary on ejaculation and gains. The survey done suggested those that ejaculated less frequently gained more on average but the sample size was probably too small to be conclusive.

Usual advice is to replace normal masturbation with edging, I'm a big advocate for this, but probably not daily.

And many people follow the '2 or 3 hour rule', that is not ejaculating 3 hours prior or following you PE routine. I suppose I generally follow this but it's not a conscious effort. I see no problem with 'rewarding' yourself following a long edging session after a routine.

This is just me but I'd say give it more time aswell, after 3 months start to look for a different routine. I for one didn't even measure for the first 5 months, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend that.

Oh and I'd add that I'm not really into the idea of fowfers as a warm up. Rice sock all the way for me but heating pads, hot washcloth, shower etc. Much more effective.

The basic theory behind PE is twofold:

              1)Work and 2)Committment.
