    Hey guys.

    I remember a thread about targeting base girth - avoiding baseball bat penis and building a fine looking (and even!) specimen to have the ladies swooning...

    but i can't find it! so lets go back to the start:

    has anyone got some good tips for building girth at the base of the penis, targeting it specifically? I am about 2 and half months in and will start adding girth routines (at large, pun intended) in a little while, but if there are any 'mini' base girth 'boosters' known to folks out there i'd love to hear them!

    BPEL: ~5.5?" X 4.25"?

      Erect kegels and towel raises are a little bit more advanced exercises but if you start doing them and stick with them,they will strengthen and thicken the base very well.You will first notice the inner penis,the part thats inside the body,getting much more solid and as the base of the penis is the the foundation for rock hard erections it is well worth the effort...

      I have found it very hard to gain even a little girth at mid base or the top of my penis,but my base has grown the most and this i think is mostly from kegels.You could use other lighter things to start off then work your way to doing towel raises.Apart from that,ulis and all types of jelqs may help you to achieve your base girth goal.
      Starting Size-------6.75" x 5.0"
      Last Measurement-7.25" x 5.25"
      Destination---------7.5" x 5.5"

        What would work the mid and upper part, I have bigger base and want a more even girth all the way up?

          wanthis - good link, thats the one i couldn't find! got it secure on my thread history now!

          i think this is an interesting subject, i think a lot of people are probably surprised when they hear that jelqing adds length easier than girth! i am happy with my slow and steady pe program, but it will certainly become important to me to ramp up the girth exercises eventually.

          the towel exercises thing... man it's so hard to keep an erection/erect enough to do them! any tips?!

            I guess the exercises for overall girth are uli,v jelqs,ultimate jelqs,squeezes,erect bends and even bigger more advanced would be
            pumping and clamping.
            But i have put in quite alot of uli and jelqing time in and havnt gained mid and upper girth so i guess ill have to try something different.I think the horse squeeze,once conditioned and after alot of practice may be the best manual exercise for overall equal shaft girth,but this excludes the glans...

            The towel raise is a very difficult exercise to do and im not brilliant at it myself,but i only do them when i have great erection quality and i do them as the first exercise.You can start off using a small towel and try to just do a few reps.You may notice you lose your erection while doing it.This is okay,just get fully erect again and do another set,this will help with stamina aswell.You will have to put alot of effort in for the first few times you try this exercise but dont get frustrated,just keep coming back to it.You may actually sweat a bit from this.It will strengthen the whole pelvic floor aswell as create a solid base and particularly the CS will get bigger and stronger.It is a great exercise and even more effective if you combine it with some jelqing and kegels.

              I swear by Dry jelqs and hard stretching in all directions! And you can do them both at any time throughout the day! I do a a little routine in the car on the way to my girlfriends house.
