Ello everyone, I was going to start this thread because i wanted people to post their daily vitamin schedule if they have one and benefits of what they take.
I take the following daily:
Fish Oil
Billberry extract (because kingpole says to all the time so figure he knows what hes talkin about)
Korean Ginseng
Multivitamin
L-Arginine
Ive been PEing for 2 months now and the last month ive been taking these supplements, and i can definitey tell how much better i feel in the second month than the first. It is also psychologically beneficial too, knowing that i am giving myself that extra boost for growth and healing aids in the confidence of PEing for me. Give me and everyone else your thoughts on supplements and that is all.
