Some things important for good development of our "monster" =
_ no smoking and no drinking if possible
_ Do not wear tight clothes (trousers etc ) =bad bloodstream
_ Drink a lot of water = blood more fluid=go everywhere easily
_massage gently your "friend" during the day
_minor stretches during the day
_practice sports especially endurance one =biking,running, Swimming
_Have a good diet = avoid sugar and bad fats
_Importance of good thinking = "yes i can achieve this with constancy
_Get an erection or have sex at least everyday = "use it or lose it" principle
I am not an expert of PE (i start 1 month ago) but some side things can make a huge difference i think
