When I am hard I am completely balanced, or very close to balanced, in girth all along my penis. However, when I am flaccid I am thinner at the base than I am past the halfway point. It isn't too too noticeable but I am hoping to even it out somehow.
Does anyone know any exercises that can increase base girth, other than reverse jelqing and reverse kegelling (I'm already doing those).

But I'd concentrate on the first method mentioned. It's about getting the tissues as fully expanded a possible.
