  • Base Girth

    When I am hard I am completely balanced, or very close to balanced, in girth all along my penis. However, when I am flaccid I am thinner at the base than I am past the halfway point. It isn't too too noticeable but I am hoping to even it out somehow.

    Does anyone know any exercises that can increase base girth, other than reverse jelqing and reverse kegelling (I'm already doing those).

    Maybe hanging?

    IMO, if this was me, I wouldn't be worried about it. That's just me though.

      Flaccid bends (concentrate bend near the base), Uli's, reverse jelqing (never tried it but some say it works).

        When I do the flaccid bend would I be bend at the base so that the tissue stretches? Or would I bend near the base so blood inflates it? (I'm guessing the first one)

        OH! Uli's is a good idea! I usually do a couple of those anyways so maybe I'll focus a bit more on them.

        When reverse jelqing would it be a good idea to hold a kegel so the blood doesn't just get pushed out and instead expands near the base?

          1. Do both! But I'd concentrate on the first method mentioned. It's about getting the tissues as fully expanded a possible.
          2. Don't know about the reverse jelqs but that technique you describe does seem like it would make sense.

              I have the same problem as the op... when flaccid my base is thinner.. not too much just half centimeter but still noticeable... I dan't understand how reverse kegeling would help base girth but I've herd stretching enhance base girth...

                Im the opposite (base girth is only diff when hard) and ive read stretches like the sts or rotating stretch are best.
                Ive been doing them for a few monthsand the diff is slightly smaller, so hopefully it helps u wazza

                  hey guys i got a 4.5" base girth.. is this suffice to satisfy a women?? i understand its how you use it.. but will it make her feel full and good? ;p thanks

                    Lazy Ass Stretches will help with flaccid girth. When you bend your unit and sit on it as required for the exercise, you are putting quite a strain on that part of your unit that is bent, and that happens to be the base. The rest of your unit, though stretched, does not receive the same amount of strain as your base because only your base section is actually bent under you, the rest of it is straight out.
