  • Opinions on my new routine??

    The percentages mean EQ

    Warm up 10Min
    Tunica Tugs 20%
    V-Jelqs 60% x30
    Horse Squeeze 40% (20-30sec) x20
    Flaccid Bends 50% (20-30sec)[one finger, two finger, three finger, four finger]

    Thoughts on this routine??
    Just one question, how much time should the tunica tugs be held for??

      Well I do Kegals every other day and Edging on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th day of my 5 days on 2 days off routine
      And I'm going for GIRTH!!

            Not sure I would do the 5 on 2 off if I was going for girth, but see how that goes for you and report back Not sure about how long the tunica tugs are supposed to be held, since I haven't done any. Any members have input on this one?

              yeah I wasn't sure if the tunica tugs were supposed to actually be "tugs" or a "hold' but what would u suggest to be a better weekly schedule for these exercises??
