  • every other day????

    has anyone on here seen success doing PE every other day? i think its intuitive, just as you would do working a muscle at the gym. two days in a row would only see progress if you had a high stress day 1 and a follow up light intensity day two.

    so, it would perpetuate as 1 on 1 off. thoughts?

    of course, i would vary the exercises for length and girth on the days.

    I followed something to that routine for a brief period and it worked well for the most part. I do recall distinctly that it was during that time that I experienced very high EQ.

      many people perform thier PE on a one on one off routine and have great success, I go for either two or three days usually but when i have not had the time to do so I have never felt like I wasnt getting enough when going one on, one off.
      If I feel as if pe is not working for me I would be inclined to do that instead of upping the days on. I think your plan sounds sound!

          i do three days a week so essentially its every other day. had my best progress doign so.

          NBPEL- 8In (9.5 the max)

            i had the best results 5 days on 2 off.

            but everyone is different
