    Is doing 3 days on and 1 day off harmful ornis it safe enough to do?

    It varies. You need to find the schedule that works best for you.
    Try a schedule and watch your PIs.

      depends the work you are doing.

      girth work takes 2 days to recover from, length work can be done several daysin a row

        You could try alternating 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off, that would give you the same amount of days as 5 days on 2 off but you wouldn't be doing as much in one stretch. I would only do this if you're getting really positive PIs and feel like you can handle a bit more. 2 days off 1 on is a pretty good setup for many people.

          Can someone clarify why people prefer 2on1off on 5on2off?
          I do 5on2off for a month already and it's ok so..?
          Starting stats (June 2011):
          BPEL - 6.2''
          BPFSL - 6.375''
          EG - 4.6''

          Short-term goal:
          BPEL - 6.5''
          EG - 5''

              i think when doing PE you create damage that may not be felt as actual pain, it may just lead up to over training and then an injury... 2 days on 1 off is just a safe template, it makes sense... 5 days on and 2 off is probably fine too, for some it may be too much... for me, i haven't been able to go more then 3 days straight because it just feels wrong, and i don't mind taking my time to devolope my dick... but i am positive that if you don't take any days off that your dick will look like a cheese pizza!

                2 on 1 off is better.If you want to increase the intesity just add another day 3 on 1 off,4 on 1 off etc...when you hit 7 on 1 off switch to everyday if you have the time.

                  I have been doing 2 on 1 off and my flaccid increased in length and girth and erect girth increased so those are good PIs so does that mean I should stick to it or change it to 3 on 1 off
