so, I have added these to my stretching routine, and in fact, most of my stretches are this type now. My question is, since as I understand it, these target mostly the tunica, will I get any flacid gains? and also, will my gains be mostly in erect length, and come much more slowly?

It's very possible that tunica stretches will aid in flaccid length gains, although to really target flaccid length, you can try exercises like fowfers (AKA Lazy Ass Stretches) and basic flaccid stretches (10 seconds in each direction). Stretching the ligaments at the base of the penis seems to be one of the best ways to increase flaccid length.
You might see flaccid length gains from the exercises you mentioned, and you might not. Stretching in general is the best way I know of to increase erect length, so you probably will see some erect length gains from these exercises. Whether gains come slowly or not is more dependent on other factors.
Everybody's body is different, so naturally some things might work better for you than for others. The best way to learn what works best for you, I've learned, is by trial and error. If you aren't seeing results, switch up your routine! You'll get the hang of it in time.

I believe that if your tunica becomes larger than its larger. You should get a better flacid hang if your tunica is bigger than it was before.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
