this seems like it would be very effective. Its puhshing the blood up your dick like a regular jelq while stretching your tunica shaft beyond its normal boundries.
Just a thought, this might actually work better than a regular jelq for uncut dudes as you would be without a doubt stretching out the shaft versus only moving the skin up. I'll be trying this method tomorrow.....

Gaining also depends on genetics and how fast your cells repair and accommodate to the strain. I stretch with my hand covering my ligaments they way my ligaments stretch slowly allowing more stretching on the tunica which has proven to work. I do 2x heli's and 2x directional stretches at 1 min holds at the beginning after warm-up and 2x directional stretches at 1 min hold before doing the warm-down. I don't use any devices but my hands. I've tried these again. Just quickly sort of thing, not after warming up and within my routine, but just experimenting I can see that if I try and grip as far in at the base as I can, this might limit the baseball bat effect. Whether this guy gained what he said or not, I think if you try these you'll be pretty sure that it's definitely something legit in it. As soon as I grip from the base, my shaft is ballooning up, and as I dry jelq towards the the glans, which I'm gripping behind with my other hand to stretch, there's a large amount of resistance as the blood is pushed up. I think these are quite cool actually. If I stretch downwards and do an overhand ok grip with the jelq hand, I can both get very close to the pubic bone, and far enough forwards with the jelq. This could possibly be especially easy for uncut guys, because the loose shaft skin lets the jelq continue further. Where did this dude come from?

I tried it today at a higher erection level, somewhere from 50%-65% and when I added kegels, I FELT IT WORK. Haha I'm SO doing this from now on

I think girth is coming slowly for me too in general. I'm getting a little worried actually, because last night during exercises my flaccid stretch was really long (for me). It was around 7.5 inches, no joke! I need to photograph this whip-like wiener. I'm worried I'm going to have bad EQ forever though and I really need some smooth muscle building exercises. This exercise seems related to compressions, which I think is sm building right?
