    Alright so I'm on 2, 1 off. That changed though for a while.. I took my rest day as usual after exercising for 2 days. Then skipped my 2 on coming exercise days, then another "rest" day, then again one more workout day. So overall I skipped 3 exercise days and 2 "rest" days. How bad would you guys consider this?

    Also the worst part is that I just started. I was on vacation so yeah, that can explain it but still no excuses..

    Just get back to it. It might set you back a very little bit, but as long as get back in the saddle, you will be fine. It's just exercise. If you screw up for a week, you can always make up for it in the long run.

      Yeah you got a point there. I've been on it again and today is my rest day so.. HELL YEAH! I was just more curious if it's gonna affect gains since I've read you must be on it constantly and if you stop you lose what you were gaining.
