Alright so I'm on 2, 1 off. That changed though for a while.. I took my rest day as usual after exercising for 2 days. Then skipped my 2 on coming exercise days, then another "rest" day, then again one more workout day. So overall I skipped 3 exercise days and 2 "rest" days. How bad would you guys consider this?
Also the worst part is that I just started. I was on vacation so yeah, that can explain it but still no excuses..
