  • Gained 1/4 - 1/2 an inch in a month.. but..

My girth is still exactly the same... Really disappointing considering it's 90% the reason I started this. I do Uli's and Horse Squeezes too.

I've been thinking about trying the compressor but it's a little confusing on the details for me, this is the part I don't get:
    4. Hand Two:While compressed, slightly move the penis back and forth, causing small bends along the shaft.

Any other tips for girth gains is greatly appreciated! Please if you suggest anything let me know if it worked for you.

    BPEL - 6.00"
    EG - 4.75"

Goal - Any gains is good shit!!!

Alpha - you must have had a charmed life if you consider increasing the size of you penis (in anyway) a disappointment.

Girth gains can take considerable time.

I doubt you gained any length either. Whatever you measured is most likely attributable to other variables than gains.

I think that even if the increase length comes from better blood flow (erection quality) or whatever, it is still a gain.

        So, congrats!

I'm wondering about this too. I'd love to think it's actually possible to gain 0.5 inch in under 3 months, but I have a real worry that they're just getting higher EQ and/or fooling themselves. I'm hoping to convince myself of the reality of these kind of PE gains before the end of the year.
Starting stats: BPEL: 6.5" EG 4.5"

          Aim: BPEL: 7.5" EG 5.5"

Would ideally want BPEL: 8.0" EG 6"

Actually, you got a point there in both of the things you stated. I guess i'll just wait it out on the girth part :/. Thanks for the reply man appreciate it!

Does it really matter if it's better EQ? I mean bigger is bigger, and as long as I keep it up even though it might be just EQ, then it will be bigger then next time I screw a chick. Which is a really good thing in terms of confidence and fun!

I'm on the fence about improved EQ contituting "gains." On one hand, it is not the actual enlargement of the penis' blood carrying capacity or smooth muscle, but on the other it is a length that you would not have achieved if not for PE. Sort of a gray area for sure...

take your time, finish JP90 first then finish some more advanced routine and then measure It seems you haven't compleded even 2 months and you expect gains? Be careful to not get disappointed fast. It takes time to gain
