Yes, you are probably right that she was being completely innocent with her comment and meant no harm by it, but it is a weird phenomenon that women will sometimes say stuff like that (with no malicious intent), but most guys (who aren't idiots) know enough not to say "I wish your breasts were bigger" or something like that.

There are always naive and or 'too open' people regardless of gender, so both do faux pas...there are people who lack forethought too.
And with in both sexes there are some who will say it as a weapon whether its attack or defense to get control over the situation or person.
But you need to tailor your responses and actions accordingly..Different anger or hurt levels according to the individual moment...not bitchslap for all regardless.. spite and revenge are never the right answer or response, to anything life throws at you.
Responding in an aggressive way just fuels the situation further.. breeds hate between the sexes and adds to the negative stereotypes

Its not that normal.. you just happen to be in a community that is focused on penis ..many men here come with baggage that spurred them on to try PE(and not all directly related to comments from females)... But there are many men out there who do not carry this baggage or ever had a women talk down to their penis.

I agree with Tink's observation that we see a biased sample here -- this is a self-selected community made up mostly of guys who feel they need a bigger penis. Often that need comes as a result of something they've been told by a woman (though just as often it comes from watching porn and feeling like they don't measure up). But regardless, this is a biased sample of men out there in the world. Only the ones interested in penis enhancement/enlargement end up here. We never see all the millions of guys who are perfectly satisfied with what they have.
