What is PEing?

Bro, you have 5.5 girth? That's a good size. You got nothing to worry about. I think the average girth is about 5" so you're above average. If you keep PEing you can reach 6". I would like to gain girth too but right now all I want is length.

What is PEing if you don’t mind me asking? I feel like I should know this but I don’t. Cause I’m 6’5. And I’m in the same boat as that guy who thought 6 was average but I guess I was wrong..
