  • I'm Stuck - Two Years in and I'm Losing Hope

    I've been doing this for a little over two years, and I think I am stuck in terms of gains. I just hope I'm not stuck for good. In the course of two years, I went from about 5.5" to 6" NBPL, but I'm not happy with that for all the time I've put into this. I'm in the process of taking a two-week break to perhaps give me a jump start. It's frustrating because think I went from 6.8" BPL to 6.5". I haven't measured in a while because of my living situation. My girth seems to be stagnant as well. I was wondering if anyone could give me a routine for hard gainers. Here's my routine as it is now:

    50 JAI
    10 Rotating Stretches (10 secs each)
    10 A Stretches (30 secs each)
    10 Double-Rotating Stretches (10 secs each)
    1 Regular Stretch (1:30)
    1 Uli (1:00)
    10 Two-Handed Jelq
    10 Regular Jelq
    20 Slinkies
    1 Squeeze (1:00)

    I'm thinking of trying out Big Al's new intensity techniques because I feel like I am not increasing the intensity. It's just hard because I've been doing this for so long.

    I also have a few items to assist me, which include Essential Vein Oil made from the book's recipe, a bandage for traction wrapping that I use after workouts and during times when I think I might turtle, and a FastSize Extender. I have stopped using the extender about 6 months ago because it was affecting my EQ and after reading Calixto's article on the subject.

    However, I would appreciate any advice. I want to be successful at this, and will follow any routines or suggestions. Thanks.

    I'm just going to recommend you do JP's routine. You're routine is very very messy and your really aren't going to get anywhere doing 1 Uli, 10 jelqs, etc. Get on a program that actually does a good amount of jelqs rather than a couple of reps of different exercises.
    Start
    6.75" BPEL (6.125" NBP)
    4.8" MEG

    07/2017
    8.125" BPEL (7.25" NBP)
    5.25" MEG (5.75" Base)

    09/2019 (Restart from 2 Year Break)
    7.625" BPEL (6.5625" NBP)
    5.125" MEG (5.875" BEG)
    4.25" NBPFL x 4.25" FG

      Well, pardon my French, but that routine sucks. No wonder you haven't had good gains. 10 jelqs doesn't do squat. You have been given good advice. Start and do JP's 90 day program and then come back for the next step.

        first of all, your warm-up would be about the double of the time of your routine, honestly that is a good beginners routine for 3 weeks, the reps and intensity of it should have increased within the course of 2 years, how are you going to gain if you apply the same tension and reps?
        my advice is go back to jp90's but add more intensity or more reps as you are not a beginner any more.
        good luck with your gains, your above average now anyway in terms of length.
        25/08/11- start

        EL=5 13/16 inches EG=4.13/16 inches

        STG
        EL=6.0 EG=5.0

        MTG
        EL=6.3 EG=5.3

        LTG
        EL=7.0 EG=5.5

          Listen to the advice that has already been given to you! You have already wasted 2 yrs.
          Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

          Sept 2010 BPEL 5.25 x EG 4.25
          Feb 2011 BPEL 6.5 x EG 4.65
          Oct 2011 1yr posting BPEL 7 x EG 4.8 (now time to work on girth)

            I'm no pro man, but I agree that routine is pretty messy, I didn't even bother to try making out what was going on in there. Do as the pros say!
            7/26/11
            BPEL - 6.00"
            EG - 4.75"

            Goal - Any gains is good shit!!!

              I would concetrate on just a few good excercises and do a lot of them. Im just concentrating on extending and since it is so time consuming I dont have time for much else. But what the f**k do I know. I have only gained .25" after more than a year. Sucks.

                Yep, JP90 is a beginner routine and it is much better than yours, try JPs
                Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
