is it a good idea to do a warm up on my off days?
i read that if your injured (which im not) you must take time off from pe but still do warm ups everyday to help u heal quicker
so it would make sense to do warm up on off days right??
also is it important to do kegels on off days ?? ,,i thought an off day meant NO PE
