  • questions about my off days

    is it a good idea to do a warm up on my off days?
    i read that if your injured (which im not) you must take time off from pe but still do warm ups everyday to help u heal quicker
    so it would make sense to do warm up on off days right??
    also is it important to do kegels on off days ?? ,,i thought an off day meant NO PE

    after i workout my penis is very sore for the next two days is that normal?

        im new at this rusty but i think your working out to hard
        if u feel pain or intense soreness u need to take time off to until your penis heals
        are u just starting pe? are u doin jp 90 day routin for beginner ??

              When I first started out I edged on my days off and often applied a vitamin E cream because I bruise easy... You could warm up before edging but I don't think its really necessary.

                Day off are just that, heat packing sure. Kegels, if your doing them every workout day then give them a break also. I'm an every other day kind of guy so I kegel on my off days and not on my workout days. If you wanted to get bigger biceps would you do curls every day? Never under estimate the importance of rest days. They can make a huge difference. Although I'm not against JAIs or Fowlers on off days. JAI Stretch - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness and

                  No that is not normal. In PE pain is not gain, it's a set back and a huge warning.

                      I warm up as often as possible any time I can, even if its just putting my dick in the hot water stream in the shower. I also try to do helicopter shakes any chance I get.
