Some time ago I told my 16 years old cousin about the PE program, he showed a lot of interest in it, so he asked me if he could do it, I said yes but I'm not 100% sure, what do you guys think? Is there any problem about being underage?

I messed with PE when I was sixteen... I burn out real fast so I don't really count it though. I personally don't see a problem with it, but I'm not in position to say so from a professional stand point. I started lifting when I was 15-16 for football and I sure as hell wasn't done growing, but it really didn't have any side effects on me. I'm taller than the rest of my family so it didn't stunt my growth, and it became a part of my life just something I do. Why not let somebody young get into good habits? You'd probably have to stress though how results don't come fast, and less is more."Only one in the world I depend on is me." -ADTR
