    My problems are that:

    1. My skin gets in the way. No matter how much I try different variations, my shitty ball sack some of the shaft skin gets in the way. So it feels like I am stretching the skin and not the inside.
    2. And when I do get past that above problem, I only have enough space for my index finger to make the ^ shape. I am struggling to find a proper gripping method for myself. Below the glans - is it okay to use an overhand grip?
    3. Is it fine to do them at say, 10%-20% erection level? To get me some space.
    4. I want to add these to my routine. (Routine here). I was thinking after the warm up stretches and before starting each jelq set. Like - tunica stretches, 100 jelqs, tunica stretches, v jelqs and so on. Makes sense, right?


    I tried 4. today and noticed my dick got thin and stretchy. Make sense since I'm pulling it.

    I need much help with this! According to TGC theory I should work on my tunica for length gains which is precisely what I was aiming for.
    Also my BPFSL < BPEL so I need to increase it by any means.

      Hmm, anytime I have excess skin I do my exercises sitting and put my sack between my legs and close them to make the skin tighter, maybe try that?

              So it sounds like you're pulling your skin forward with your grip below your glands and the result is the scrotum is being pulled up the shaft?

              If this is the case, try adjusting your grip. Move any foreskin below the glands and use an overhand grip. Most of the pressure from the grip will come from your thumb and first finger, which should be placed just below your glands. Place the tip of your middle finger on your frenulum, which should help anchor your grip. Don't use your whole hand to grip.

              You need to minimize any ligament stretching with your other hand. JP recommends placing your hand so your penis is between your first and second finger and push back towards your body (away from your other hand and the glands of your penis). Personally, I find this uncomfortable. I've read where others will use the side of their hand or some other way to prevent the ligaments from stretching. As I perform this stretch in a "fluffed" flacid state, I'll place an OK grip at my base and push it down slightly. With the other hand I pull at an upward angle so the pressure of the stretch is absorbed by the tunic and anchored by my other hand. The ligaments do not stretch when I do this. (See picture)

              Being cut, this stretch really pulls my skin if I grip hard at the base. I intentionally move some scrotum skin into my grip so the skin doesn't hurt during the stretch.

                Yeah you see I tried the upward curve method yesterday to make it easier. The thing is when I pull my foreskin back and try to grips the soft skin under it with the frenulum, I find it uncomfortable. Very uneasy feeling. I'm even scared I'll hurt myself.

                It is frustrating because I can't stretch properly either because it is so damn soft/sensitive.

                  If you need to grasp the skin then one thing you can do is to change the position of the hand under your glands. Imagine the same configuration above. The side of your hand is facing the direction you are pulling. If you turn your hand (while keeping your hold) so the side of your hand is pointed down and your penis is bending around your thumb you can perform a greater pull on the tunic without pulling hard on the skin. This does, however, put pressure on your CS and should be performed in a fully flacid state.

                        Hey man, I did it your way and I felt it working. After I tried them, my penis was thinner and longer. A lot longer than usual, so that's good.

                        Here's what I did though: Grabbed at the base with my left hand in an underhand OK grip. Then I bent it up slightly so my left palm and thumb exerted pressure on the base of my flaccid penis.
                        Following that I did your over hand grip below the glans and bent it downwards.

                        In this manner I got more stretch and also the downward push you mentioned I should be doing.

                          Hanma, glad to hear that it worked out for you. I find it really helps prevent skin irritation while stretching for me (cut) because the pressure is most effectively absorbed by the tunic instead of the skin.

                              When I have excess skin, i just put my ball sack in the glass of cold water, the skins hardens in the matter of second.
