Hey guys I measure my BPSFL for the first time in a while and it is still 6 inches, my BPEL last time I measured was 7 inches. I feel whatever is causing this can be contributing to my lack of flaccid gains.I tried reading the TGC theory but their is no mention of what to do if your BPSFL is drastically lower than your BPEL. Anyone have any idea?

I am exactly the opposite of you: my BPEL is 6.5 and my BPSFL is 7. My theory is that if BPEL is smaller than BPSFL, you will be able to grow girth easier than length. Conversely BPEL is bigger than BPSFL you should be able to grow length much easier than girth. I did grow in girth, but not much in length. How is it for you?Originally posted by IWanna10x8 View PostHey guys I measure my BPSFL for the first time in a while and it is still 6 inches, my BPEL last time I measured was 7 inches. Difficult to tell. BPSFL is a tough measurement to take. Sometimes you pull harder than others. But since you have made BPEL gains I wouldn’t be too concerned.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1
01/14 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.25
01/16 NBPEL - 5.4, MSEG - 5.5

I have grown only in length so far but I figured after an inch gain in BPEL you would think my BPSFL would grow as well.Originally posted by Alek8x6 View Post

With 4 flaccid you are not a grower, you are definitely a shower.Originally posted by IWanna10x8 View PostYou think it’s possibly because I am a grower? 4 flaccid to 7 BPEL
I think it is the way how your tunica is: you will grow much easier in length than in girth. But you already are at 5.2in girth, right? That is plenty to work with.

That is quite a drastic difference. I am 1cm shorter in bpfsl than bpel. But in 2020 November, I was 1.5cm longer in bpfsl. I do have thick girth and can gain girth easier than length.
Maybe it's nothing to worry about and maybe some days the skin and flaccid penis can just stretch better than other days. How warm your penis is when you stretch or how cold it is, or blood flow, or any other pelvic tension perhaps.
The main thing is that the bpel is what you want.

Well I almost double in size tho?, I have 5.5 at base and 5.25 the rest but would like to get girth once I’m done with length.Originally posted by Alek8x6 View Post

Yeah it is pretty drastic, Majority of the time my PE sessions are Luke warm temperatures but when it’s cold my flaccid will shrink but my stretched flaccid is the same no matter the temperatureOriginally posted by GettingOverIt View PostThat is quite a drastic difference. I don't know if you can double in size. I don't think that is a good idea. Having sex with an 8 in thick dick would be a torture, not fun, for both your partner and you.Originally posted by IWanna10x8 View Post

You have misunderstood my friend; I was referring to the fact that I am a grower because my length almost doubles in size upon erectionOriginally posted by Alek8x6 View Post

I’ve seen a study that defined a shower as having a flaccid length of 70% or greater of their erect length, and a grower was anything below 70% of their erect length while flaccid. It seems like a bit of an arbitrary definition though.Just an average guy, with a not so average package.
Starting: 33.3cm NBPEL, 23.5cm MEG

My BPEL was around 1.75” longer than my BPSFL when I started.
My BPSFL has grown faster than BPEL especially when I made most of my length gains. Right now it’s around 1.25” shorter than BPEL.
Maybe I’m doing it wrong but that’s stretching and shaking it a little before hand, pulling it taught, and I’m not crazy enough to pull it another 1.25” just to make them even
Can’t say much about girth gains as I’ve been primarily focused on length up until the past two months or so.
I use to track bpsfl very frequently based on the information posted but I gave that up a while back and have been doing fine. At the end of the day BPEL and Girth are what matters. If you gain 0.25” on your BPSFL and 0.0” BPEL then I think it’s only going to be confusing, disheartening.
It seems to be most useful for people where 0.25” gain leads to 1/16” or some other noticeable measurement in BPEL, and can be used as a sort of gauge in that regard.Start - Nov 2020
