Hi all. Some of you old-timers may remember me from waaaay back, but I’ve recently started experimenting with a very simple, manual-only routine after taking a break from PE for around a decade, after noticing that I’d lost most of my length gains (although, I’m pleased to say, I’ve held onto 70-75% of my girth gains).
My routine is absurdly simple: a one-minute warmup, either directly under the shower or with a flannel soaked in warm water, then circular manual stretches, taking four seconds to make a complete circle, for four minutes. I do this once a day, or occasionally twice, five days a week.
I began back in mid November, so about ten weeks ago, and have already seen some 11 mm of length gain, which I think is pretty good for such a minimal routine.
My questions for the true veterans are: am I just very lucky, or is it normal for newbie-like gains to be seen in someone restarting PE after a long break? And realistically, how long will gains this easy continue? I’m hoping to make another 15 mm or so, or just over half an inch.
