  • I got steel chords..

    I've been doing stretching a lot lately; 6 sets of 360 stretch with 20 reps between them, 60 jai stretches, 6 sets of 1-2m of bundled stretches, stretching down for 5-7 min, and also stretching outwards with a bit more force than the other stretches for 10m minumum... Aside from that I dont do jelqing anymore because i think its only gonna make my chords stronger and will be harder to work on length.. i need serious help, im positive and very confident ive been doing the workouts the right way, but i can never seem to gain at all -_-.. any advices?

    What you need to do is tunica tugs... look it up because I believe that your ligaments are not the problem here. Good luck and I hope this works, but cut down on so many stretches and incorporate tunica tugs along with basic stretching.
