  • Need advice on new routine

    Hi guys

    I have been doing JP90 routine from last 8 weeks, 6 days on-1 day off. Also I added extender to my routine after first month, 5hrs a day with 1hr break, 7 days a week. I gradually increased the spring compression and now am extending at maximum spring force.
    I have gained 1cm in flaccid length, 4 millimeters in EL. Also 4 millimeters in girth, but thats very temporary as i lose that everytime at the end of my break day.

    before----->after
    FL: 12cms---->13cms
    EL: 14.5cms---->14.9cms
    MEG: 4.75inches----->4.9inches
    EQ: 50%---->90%

    My penis is very conditioned as i was doing jelqing every now and then from 2 years but not consistently. So no gains were made with all those inconsistent efforts.
    Also i feel that my penis responds less to standard jelqing force. I think my penis muscles are buildup against these light jelquing force. It feels very undertrained.
    Hence I added two more exercises to my routine last night: Erect squeeze and dry jelq.Now workout wise, my penis feels great and I think my routine should be:

    JP90 in the morning.

    And just before going to sleep, in bed
    Warm up
    Erect squeeze: 15 min
    Dry jelq: 15 min

    Now a few questions:
    1. I am thinking of skipping V-jelq from JP90 routine. Reason a) I am getting admitted to hospital next week for two months and nurses keep knocking at my bathroom door every 5min(doctors order), asking if i am alright. They can open the door from outside, even if it is locked from inside
    b) I also didn't find them much effective,its very hard to keep the sideways force from my fingers.
    2. What should i do to increase erect length? I have to quit extentder*. Also my ligaments dont feel streched anymore from rotary streches, they used to in the begining
    I also cannot go for hanging*
    3. Do you think its a good routine or should I add /reduce something out of it?

    6 days on 1 off seems like not enough rest days, rest days are when the gains happen. And you don't do stretching?
    You don't have to v-jelq if you don't want to, jelqs and squeezes should be plenty for girth.

      Yea, I agree. Rest is underrated. Break it up more ... like 3 days on, 1 day off.

        I stretch while i do JP90 in the morning. Do you think the same "rest theory " applies to using the extender? I heard more time you apply it, better are your length gains

          Rest is very very very important.You don't want me to repeat it do you? Give yourself 2 good days of rest a week. You're doing a lot of work there.
