  • Vitamins?

    Hi,

    Can anybody suggest vitamins/mineralsthat you take or have had success with please? Something to help with blood circulation for a better EQ and just generally to use along side PE!

    There might be a long list but you should focus on zinc,iron,and b vitamin complexes...
    I am taking multi vitamin pills together with omega-3 pills and got back my morning woods after a long time. On the other hand you should consume onion,garlic,green tea,salmon,banana(since sodium and potassium are vital for muscle contractions),peanut butter,honey,bea pollens,rich protein sources(for better healing). As we know, to make some gains you need a shortened healing period,that is why we should avoid overtraining.I can also advice to consume hazelnut,almond,pomegranate. I hope these will be helpful to some extent

      Bravo. This is a great post!!

      The only thing I would add would be Vitamin E and Zinc, but keep them strictly within the guidelines, especially Zinc.

        I should also add that,when you take calcium it is not efficent without vitamin D. High levels of vitamin A might have an detrimental effect.You cannot utilise calcium as expected if you consume low fat content milks.On the other hand for vitamin E,try to take some selenium in order to increase its antioxidant effect. There should be a specific balance between sodium-potassium, and calcium-phopshorus.

                make sure you take a good multivitamin and ima give you 2 great penis pillls that wont be to expensive .
                Yohimbe bark -get it for 2 bottles for only 9.99 at puritans pride

                Testojack 200 -cost like 17$ online I never really noticed a instant boost with enhancement pills but when I took the yohimbe and testojack200 a hour before sex It gave me a raging rock solid boner much lkike viagra and it made me last longer.You should be taking fishoils daily cheap and great for your health

                  It'd be better after right? Considering the blood would flow away from the penis during the exercise.

                        Lol I knew someone would. I Take orange Triad too. Im pretty sure it positively effected PE for the most part.

                        Just Looks healthier, recovers faster. Can't say it makes gains come faster. But you could say so being the recovery is faster.

                          What about Extenze, any opinions?, thoughts?, any good results with that product, that by the way is available even Wal Mart...

                              But you have experienced any progress?, you can't tell if Extenze contributed in some progress?...how many time have you tried it???

                              I want to know because I want to give it a try, is very cheap in comparison with testosterone, for example...
