Not much. Stretch it like your other body parts. Slow, easy, slowly go further and further without ever really pulling hard.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

I couldn't agree more. Persistance and dedication are key elements to gaining. All in due time you will have your gains. Some gain faster than others and that is just a fact of life. In my personal experiences, i have had great length gains with a extender. I have developed my own schedule with multiple devices while having the utmost care in safety.8 inches and still going!
