  • Maintenance Routine.....

    I'm sure this question has been covered time and time again. What is the correct maintenance jelqing routine after you have achieved your desired gains ?

    My routine is:
    I do 10 dry Jelqs everytime (after) I piss. I then do about 10 seconds of Helicopter shakes followed by (1st piss) five large circle stretches to the left and then the right. (2nd piss) Six stretches. Increase the stretches by 1 every time you piss. I usually get up to 9-10 circle stretches during the day, (both left and right) depending on how much I drink. Then a few more dry Jelq's.

    Then once a week, I will have a great warm up from my rice sock, usually 15-20 minutes and do the full Beginners Routine.

    I've got a Tiger by the tail.

      I'm moving this up and giving it a sticky since there have been a lot of questions about maintenance routines lately.

        It is a good question ,since several of us have lost size due to not doing one.
        I would like to know what big Al and kp do?

          When I hit my goals, I tapered my training off over a period of a month and continued (to this day) with at least a minimum of stamina work to maintain size and performance.

          As long as your EQ stays high and you obtain regular rock-hard erections (through self-stimulation or sexual activity) you should be able to maintain your gains without issue.

            I do maintenance two days per week when im not actively trying to grow it. This should help maintain size.

              its really funny: I took 3 days off in a row, guess what? Coming back to PE proved to be amazing - My penis was a whole size bigger after my PE workouts. By 3 days off I mean not even stimulating it whatsoever, or even thinking about sex. My erect length was longer, EQ better, and hang was better all day. I had a moment during edging where I was like "WHOA, I have a bigger penis." I'm planning on doing more 3 day breaks like that

              6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
              10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
              12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)

                  So is regular sex by itself a good enough maintenance routine?

                    In my experience during longer breaks, yes, regular erections help keep your unit engorged at your current size. Although I have notice slight dips in length so adding some light stretching to maintain the length might not be a bad Idea much like JP suggests above.

                        Would you also refer to this as "Cementing Gains"? I figure that must be the purpose of a Maintenance Routine (right?)

                          Cementing typically refers to a graduated reduction in training volume to ensure that all gains are kept. From there, gains can be maintained with a minimal amount of stamina work and/or regular sexual activity. if you're getting rock hard erections on a daily basis, your gains should be safe.

                              Okay, got a question for you guys.

                              Say you reached your goal and are doing a maintaining rutine, is it possbile to cement your gains so you dont need to do PE ever again? Say u masturbate or have sex 2 times a week or not at all. Will you loose your gains then?
                              Do you have to do PE for the rest of your life?
