      After reading the LOT post I thought that, at least for beginners, one should do stretches & jelq in the opposite direction of your LOT to improve gains. It must work, 'cause this is what I've been doing & I've gained
      almost .75" in length in a 5-wk period. I've only gained 1/8" in girth, but I'm not complaining at all.

        Most people here seem to not believe in the lot theory anymore Mrexpo. I wasn't around back then to know why, but people kind of stopped following both that and the TGC Theory

          I was hung up on the LOT at first but now (since most guys here don't buy into it) I'm kinda like ehh. But I have no LOT.
