I posted a thread back in 2011 at the end of August where I was 6" NBPEL. I've been stretching/jelqing consistently since then only to report that I'm still 6" NBPEL. I can't really report on girth because I've been so focused on my lack of length gain that I don't know where that's at but nothing looks or feels any different in that department either. I mostly PE every other day (sometimes going 2-3 days off) with a 10 minute warmup/cool down and 30-40 minutes of assorted stretches and then 30-40 minutes of jelqing/ulis. I've seen stats and even pictures of people gaining close to an inch in length and/or girth in around 10-12 months. I would be overly happy with that considering I'm really only shooting for 7-7.5 x about 5.5.

Maybe you'e just way overdoing it? That's a lot of time. How about doing a 20 minute routine 4 days on and 2 off after you take a nice break!The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

No one here will agree with me but i'm super lazy...bought an extender and gained 3/4s of an inch in a month....i also stopped using it cause it sucked and manual PE is way better. you'll figure it out

Yeah, I would have to say as well that the stretching time is kind of long and also it could be how long you are holding the stretch. You could add in a good traction wrap stretch and wear it for a while. If done properly, you can wear it for a long time and even have to real issues with urination. Or better yet, get you an extender (I recommend x4)Begin 7/25/2011:
