  • which is best?

    I have a dilemma...i really want do a full blown routine but with my living situation with my gf its pretty much impossible. The only pe i can do is in the bathroom, when im taking a dump/shower, or when shes sleeping.

    I do what i can which is barely anything i stretch and/or jelq in the bathroom from time to time for 10-20 mins but its sort of random. I go for 2-3 days sometimes without doing pe so im very inconsistent. Then once in a while ill get to do pe for a solid hour when she leaves the house which is about 1x per week.

    I guess my question is...should i continue my sporadic routine? or should i just stop pe until i get a chance to go all out and be very consistent when the day comes that i have alot of privacy? i dont want to toughen up my ligs or my tunica or anything, is that possible??

    btw I havent had really any gains in about 7 months of pe maybe .25 in length and .10 in girth.

    any thoughts?

    You could try letting your girlfriend know about it. You live together so I assume you have some sort of close relationship.

        No offense dude...but if you're sticking her with that thing, I doubt she'll mind you exercising it.

        ...but like all women do, she's gonna tell her friends, mother, sister, brother.....well you get the idea

          Get an extender, that way you can build up a longer penis while being discreet.

            If theres any advice I have the right to give its going to be; Be completely honest. This should go for anything man! Just tell her the truth, "You want to test this out to see if it works for you & you think it could be hotter in the bedroom

            Realise this though. This is a long term commitment. Your going to have to dedicate 1-2 hours a day atleast 4 days a week.(Really go for 5 though) You might even be doing this for years! Not something you want to hide from you significant other.

            The rewards will be great though! Keep it up and you will see "growth" Good Luck Soldier!

              Your life would be easer if you'd let your GF in on it, but a lot of guys also do PE on the sly. Have a look at this routine. Waylanders Shower Routine

                I have been PE'ing for over two years. I love my wife and we have a great relationship - but she knows nothing about my PE activity. My wife works out of the house for her company, so she is here all day long during the week. That being said, I have gotten all of my routines in by doing them very early in the morning or when she is out. If she is going to church service, I PE. If I am not going to the grocery store with her and she does, I PE. She is a woman for gosh sakes - she shops!! She visits her mom, goes to her art classes, etc. You will have plenty of time to do PE if you want to. It is almost like the dudes who say they would work out if they had the time - there is always the time if you make it. In addition, you don't have kids apparently. Our daughter has moved back temporarily, and last year our son was here for a few months also. It can be done!!!!

                  My PE routine only takes 25mins per day (performed twice a day, morning + evening) and I do it in the bathroom, I think that it is short enough to avoid suspicion.

                  As RBI says, where there is a will there is a way!

                    My wife knew when she was just my gf. Would she come to you if she wanted to make her breasts larger, or alter any other part of her body?

                          I don't want her to think I'm insecure idk I'm just not ready to at this point....the issue isn't whether she knows or not the issue is if I exercise randomly is it helpful or hurtful to my pe career? is it gonna make it harder to grow when I start a serious routine? will it kill the noob gains I can get?

                            I believe that you will find there isn't a lot of right and wrong in PE. As long as you don't do exercises that are too advanced or too intense(don't injure yourself). After all, variation on routine and times of routine is what forces your body to adapt, equaling gains. Just do what you can when you can, you'll get something from it as long as you put in real effort!

                              what I'm doing isn't working I'm getting no gains at all so I need to figure out something new...mainly looking for girth gains

                              I never have time to warm up besides slapping my dick around I wonder if thats a reason for the little gains?
