    When stretching to the side I usually grab my penis by the base in a kind of "fist," with my thumb and index finger at the base and my pinky at the glans

    If I stretch straight out or down, I stretch the skin and then grab just below the glans, since the skin is already stretched my hand doesn't travel any farther up. I do need to use a relatively tight grip though

      What the hell do you want me to do, come over and show you in person how to properly grip? YOU need to practice. It's all a part of what you should have done when you were a beginner conditioning yourself. That's not just three months to condition to PE, but three months to learn techniques.

        If that shit were true (using subjunctive tense because yours is a statement contrary to fact), every stretching device on the market is all wrong. And every photo posted on the Gym shows the devices using the glans as a stopper. So no, I don't buy your advice.

          There's a difference between stretching devices like extenders and hangers. Massive difference.

          And pictures are one thing, grip is another. Just because one's grip may slide up and it looks like it's resting on the glans doesn't mean the glans is being used as a stopper to be able to grip the penis. Just look at hanging.

                  My best Lig Stretch:

                  -Standing up
                  -Put one leg higher than other (put foot some type of stool)
                  -Perform rotary Stretch downwards
                  -To increase stretch push your hips forward (away from body)
                  -Pushing hips forward is like a tug o war effect...you are stretching from both directions...

                  If you understand the anatomy and the end goal you can try different postions and you can tell which is best becuase with LIG stetch you can definitely feel it.
