Recently I've been seeing increases in eq and the hardness of my erection but no plumpness. The same thing goes for when I used to jelq blood pumped in, but just to my skin and that's the only place I felt any pressure. I experimented with different techniques until i came upon this exercise the bending-jelqing-uli-horsesqueeze Just kidding that's not what I'm naming but I've basically combined all these exercises, and I haven't measured yet since starting but I really feel like I'm gaining. Now I'm finally getting some expansion.
so here it is:
First get some blood pumping into your penis (as erect as you might be jelqing)
Second grip your penis at the base with thumb and index
Third kegel blood into the penis with you penis laying on the side of your thigh
Fourth with your other hand grip below the head of the penis (hard enough to restrict blood flow to the head and force it into the shaft)
Fifth bend the penis as if you had a curve to the left while keeping as much blood trapped as possible
then repeat for as many reps as desired and perform on the other side. this should be an intense exercise so you shouldn't be doing to many of these. If you find it easy to do so you are doing the exercise wrong. Either that or you just have a crazy tough dick
Just as with any exercise you should use you head when deciding what you can withstand.
