  • MASSIVE load stack

    Ok, so its been a while since I've posted on here or even done PE. But one thing I've always wanted is really big loads. I've always had a pretty decent sized ejaculate volume, but I want bigger. (I love pulling out and covering my girls stomach/headboard lol)Because we all know that the bigger the load the better it feels. So here is the stack that I have made to shoot "peter north style". Let me know what you guys think and if theres anything else that you feel I should add to it.

    What Im taking per day (split evenly throughout the day with my meals)
    -Opti-men multi vitamin (overall a good supp for life in general)

    -12 lecithin gel tabs (semen quality/volume)

    -5-6 grams of maca (libido/volume)

    -50-100mg of zinc in addition to whats in my multi (volume/quality)

    -6-10 grams of fenugreek (libido/volume)

    -3 grams of Damiana (volume/increase in testicle size)

    -3 grams Royale Jelly (volume/quality/prostate health)

    -500mg of saw palmetto extract (volume/quality/prostate health)

    -500mg pygeum extract (volume/pre-cum volume)

    -5 grams L-Arginine (volume/pre-cum volume/erection quality)

    -400mg of Swedish Flower Pollen Extract (Volume/prostate health)

    -3grams of celery seed extract (volume)

    -1 gallon of water a day

    -Yohimbe 1.5 gram (libido/volume/erection quality) (I don't take this too often because I don't like the caffeine-like effects and how it makes my heart feel, but it does make you hard a f*cking rock)

    So this is everything Im taking to increase my ejaculate volume. Like I said earlier please let me know what you think and if I should add anything else. I've been taking the multi forever and the maca/fenugreek/lecithin for 2 weeks now with decent results. Mostly a very high libido and I haven't been able to "save up" for longer than a day due to the fact that Im horny as hell all the time, but so far my load size has increased significantly . I will also keep you guys updated on my results of taking all this. Let me know if you have any questions

    Please, tell me how and why this stuff will increase your loads.

    I'd also like you to explain why you're advising people to take a potentially dangerous amount of Zinc.

        Since you are taking these supplements, perhaps you should report back with the results in a month or so and that will be the best indication that your stack is effective or not. The proof is in the pudding.

          Yea I was planning to do a weekly update. To show any negative sides and what not.

          And about the zinc. As long as you ingest enough copper every day your fine and I get 100 percent in my multi plus I have a high red meat diet which gives me more than enough alone. Also here's Something I just looked up;
          "In order to achieve 8 mg or 11 mg of zinc per day, you actually need to consume more than that because your body absorbs approximately 20%-40% of the zinc it digests. It is good to take a zinc supplement with approximately 40 mg – 50 mg zinc content on a daily basis for optimal immune system health"

            Getting enough copper doesn't cancel out the effects of taking too much Zinc. Remember, Zinc is toxic to humans. Zinc is not something to fool around with especially when you're not factoring in your daily diet.

                good thing I got this straightened out too all my stuff is supposed to come in on monday. The zinc I ordered is 50mg and it says to take 1 a day. Thats why I said 50-100 because I thought I'd start out with 50 then maybe move up to 100 for added effect. Thanks for the warning man.

                  First thing I recommend is looking at your average diet and seeing what you get from food every day, then build your supplementing around it. Unless your diet is nothing but fast food, you shouldn't need to supplement anything unless it's strictly needed for athletics or other medical conditions. Taking supplements for PE that are anything but stuff that helps improve blood flow is just silly and wasteful, because the body will just expel it. It's not like you can ingest a large arrangement of supplements that in theory do this or that and together they work to do what you want. Supplementing and the body don't work like that.

                  The best thing anyone can do before doing something like this is research. But that's just me. I'm more for the educated approach, not the shotgun approach and hope something works and doesn't make you sick (especially 5,000mg of L-Arginine. I sure hope you like explosive diarrhea).

                    Maybe if you have a REALLY weak/messed up digestive system that would give you diarrhea. Most places suggest 5g a day. Especially when you space it out it really doesn't have a negative effect. Hell, most Pre workouts have around 3g in them and you consume that all at once. (I personally don't take pre workouts b/c I don't like caffeine.)

                      There's a difference between 5G a day and 5G at once, especially when you can easily get 5G a day from just eating a normal diet.

                        The NIH Office of Diatary Supplements recommends 40 mg as the upper limit per day. You can get a pill cutter from your local pharmacy and cut them in half. However, I take 50 mg daily with no noticeable side effects.

                          Update:
                          ok so i stopped taking the zinc and I'm just getting the zinc from my multivitamin.

                          As I stated before I've been taking the Lecithin, Maca and fenugreek for 3 weeks and now have been taking all the other stuff since tuesday morning (its Sunday so 5-6 days) here's what i've noticed from taking all this stuff.

                          -I'm able to recover much quicker from sexual activity. As in my erections take a long time to go down after I ejaculate and they remain rock hard, so going back to back isn't a problem like it is sometimes.

                          -My loads are much bigger. Im usually 4 larger spurts then dribbles after a days rest, now I'm more like 6-8 spurts then tons dribble out at the end. And this is with ejaculating every day at least once-a-day. I didn't ejaculate on Saturday and edged today for a little bit and decided to blow my load. It was crazy. It was around *10* very big ropes. Idk how many because I really wasn't counting, but it was a TON. The weird thing was that after about the 6th rope I didn't really feel anything. Like I could feel it coming out of my d*ck but it didn't really feel "orgasmic" anymore after around the 6th spurt. Its hard to put in words but the last couple of contractions didn't feel like normal orgasm contractions they just felt like I was just kegeling and pushing out piss.

                          -To go along with recovery, when I ejaculate multiple times in a day(did this on Thursday 4 times) each time after the 1st they are all around my previous average(4 large spurts/ropes then dribbles) So I am able to have decently large loads multiple times a day, which is pretty nice.

                          -I've my loads have been somewhat watery due to me running out of lecithin (thickens ejaculate), not really a problem but sometimes this causes me to shoot farther than I anticipated so be warned it can get messy.

                          -So far I haven't noticed any negative side-effects but I am very horny due to the maca and possibly some of the other supps.

                          I'll keep you guys updated and try to answer any questions you have. I kind of want to investigate what was up with my weird orgasm today.

                            What was your ending "diet", and how fast did it work? Seems to be quite effective that stuff.. might want to stack up and take occasional periods on

                              Do you do a kegal/reverse kegal routine. Since I've started one I've noticed my loads are A LOT bigger and my orgasms are much more intense
