Penis looks extremely small in pictures/mirror

i thought the average size is 5.5-6inch but after reading the article in pegym. I realize i was small but i will work it out

Avg length is about 5.5"-6.1" BPEL. Median being 5.8" or so.
Avg girth is about 4.5"-5.0" MSEG. Median being 4.75" or so.

If I am going to spend several hours a day stretching, extending, and pumping it, i am certainly going to check it in the mirror now and then to see if I am making any progress. Otherwise, why bother putting in the time. After more than two years, my wife has not made any explicit comments regarding my growth, so how else can I rationalize all the effort I have put in to make it bigger.

Come to think about it, why am I putting in all the time?

Maybe cause she cares more about you then your other fourth.

I literally noticed the exact same thing with my own. I measure 6 nbpel, and about 6.75-7 bpel. I look in the mirror and I swear to god it looks smaller than 95% of dicks out there. It's all a delusion. I've just come to the realization that a ruler cant lie. Thats what helps me get through. It still bothers me all the time, but I am WAY better than I used to be about it.

Maybe post some pictures. That was my first step in getting over this dysmorphic concept of myself. I would post this pictures that I saw of myself that looked 1-2 inches smaller than what I actually am, and people would comment saying it looked normal. At first I was blow away, thinking "How can they possibly think this looks normal", but after a while I started seeing the images more the way they saw them and not the way my own eyes saw them. It's a HUGE difference.

when I look in the mirror from the side or take a picture from any angle it look like it's no bigger than 5 inches.

My advice find an object around your house that is a similar size to your measurements and then take a look at it. You will be suprised how big you actually are because the way we look at our own penis is completely different to the way we look at others.

My advice find an object around your house that is a similar size to your measurements and then take a look at it. You will be suprised how big you actually are because the way we look at our own penis is completely different to the way we look at others.

That's great advice.

I did something similar and it surprised the hell out of me. Then I did the same for some of the goals some guys have and was impressed at how huge those objects really are.

How about a make your own dildo kit, like Clone-A-Willy? You can carry it around and ask for opinions.
