Are you shitting me, dude, I am about the same girth as you and I won't lie and my wife can't get her hand around it. 6 in girth is thick so be happy. I am even when I was 5.6 mid girth I was happy knowing it could be thinner. You probably have a thick tunica as me where we really have to work at it. I don't clamp because I target areas of the corpus member which I have found works better and isolates to modify the shape.

In all honesty I have never done anything other than mostly jelqs (flaccid and up to 75% EQ), basic manual stretching and occasionally will do the A-stretch. For the longest time I didn't even know that 6 inch girth was big, same goes for my 7 inch length.
I am by no means bragging as I am still looking to improve, but I don't even really have a steady PE routine, I PE usually twice, maybe 3 times a week for about half an hour. I edge alot for really long sessions (1 hour plus) and do ballooning, but these are more for arousal control than PEing.
3 times per week is not bad especially if your routine entails a lot which mine does (time consumer). I have found upward stretching to target the inner penis well because it really takes the ligaments out of the way due to the natural ligament alignment is 10-11 o'clock with LOT or not but takes a little bit more resistance to achieve. But yeah I do high jelgs as well to get the corpus fatigue, no fatigue no real gains from stress on the corpus members.
But I edge between sets not really for arousal control which I have achieved already from PE's for about 10 months but get some fresh blood in there and for uli's or let is die down to about 70-80% for high jelgs. Yeah, I want that 6.5 (no I am not complaining because my wife said I already had a porn star dick before I started due to the thickness) . That's right just for me. If ever on that journey it makes my wife feel uncomfortable I will stop at that as I will for length at 8 NBPEL. My ultimate goal is for shaft girth to be like the base girth. I will get there.

I measured last night and am actually at about 7.8 BPEL, and 6.1 erect girth (6 being the average girth). I had never grasped the concept of BPEL so just assumed that you just hold the ruler beside or on top without pushing into your pubic bone, so all along I have been closer to 8 than I thought.
Seems like kind of a cheater way IMO but I do understand how it would be more accurate. Now I'm so close to 8 that I'm probably going to PE more often until I get it. 8 x 6 sounds good to me.
Hanging is effective for most guys. Most report gaining at least an inch after newbie gains.
You use a hanger to attach the weight. It requires more knowledge than most other PE exercises so if you are not a reader or do not have the time you can ignore hanging.
Lazy and PE is a bad mix.
What aren't you convinced of concerning hanging? You said,"I know it will eventually help you gain length..."
Where did you get 30 hrs a week for hanging? The link I gave you said 10 hr minimum.
Your goals are pretty lofty. I'll be surprised if you do not resort to hanging and clamping at some point. Keep it on the back burner if/when your gains stall. Keep and open mind.
BTW, how many hours of jelqing a week do you do, be honest?

I jelq one hour a week I think. I don't know if that's a lot or not. I think not. 3-4 times a week I PE with jelqing sessions of 10-15 minutes.
I know lazy and PE don't match. Still it's a problem of mine .. I get discouraged very fast but I always come back. And this gave me already some gains.
+ I just don't want to read a lot about hanging because for what I've always known (correct me if i'm wrong) hanging is a more advanced PE. I'm 9 months into PE. I don't consider myself an advanced PE'r.
I really don't get the "you attach a hanger on your dick" how does it look like? do you have to buy it or can you make it on your own? I have weights but the hanger-part isn't clear to me .. If someone could lighten that up, highly appreciated! As always

I got this brand new routine where you tie a string to the door and the other end to your dick. You sit in a chair and close the door 100 times.
Do this everyday for 1 month.
Let me know what happens, and if your dick fell off. haha.

I agree with Pandawan, hanging does work great if you do it properly and it is in my up coming routines as well.
You can also try the peni master or other expander.
You can wear this under your clothes during the day and as you go out about your day, no one will know you are wearing it.
I would recommend breaking up your time like this.
3-4 hours a day in the morning and again in the evening.
This way you will get a good 6-8 hours a day of stretching.
However, make sure to take off the expander and massage your penis at least every 45 minutes to an hour to let the blood flow freely. Then put it back on and go for another hour.
