Take a deep breathe, relax. Go to the doctor's office tomorrow morning. Get something prescribed for anxiety. Chill out. Take a warm bath with candles and a glass of wine. Just relax, get into meditation. Learn how to calm yer thoughts. Dont do any PE for a while

Ok, as stated I think your thread has value for others .
Your injury is a medical issue and I think outside the bounds of internet advice .

If you want sympathy and a shoulder ,then great and I hope the members will provide. perhaps you a reaching for a support network and want us to be part of it? However your head issues are a medical issue and should be addresed as such , we are unable to do that here.

My almost wife of 15 years had some severe mental issues that provided an education, the hard way. Stick with the therapy as the meds just help cope when the anxiety peaks. (Ex used klonopin, welbutrin, lorazapan, and lamictal). As for the physical problems, you need to go to a doctor before things get worse. Go tomorrow morning. Fluid buildup running through your stomach and legs is not a good thing that you can just wait out. Don't be embarrassed. Doctors see crazy stuff all the time. Imagine vibrators stuck up in folks buzzing away. I've seen it...
