I heard about this crazy excersise called supra slammers which involve uli stretches and jelquing. I feel that i have been doing safe jelquing and some ballooning/edging and kegeling. I have been doing this for about 3 months, probobly a little more. Do you guys feel that i should be conditioned enough to do this new excersise. I am going to try it today slowly and see how I feel. If i feel any pain im going to stop and rest.

Short answer, yes.
As a rule of thumb, 0-3 months is the beginner conditioning period, 3-6 months is intermediate and light advancec territory, and then 6+ is advanced. It's not just to get your body conditioned, but to get your mind conditioned. I do believe the Supra Slammers thread states you shouldn't attempt it until after 6 months of prior PE experience.

The only reason is, I havent really noticed any gains. I am kind of stupid in saying that because I havent measured, but the only thing i really notice is hardness because of the kegeling. I may try a supra slammer and see how it feels. I am very concerned with not injuring myself but eager to try this new excersise. Im about 6'' probobly 6.3-6.5 in B length. I am not sure what all of those BPEL and everything stand for and how to measure really, so if you could fill me in on that please do.Originally posted by DemOne View PostShort answer, yes.

Rushing into things is the last thing you want to do just because you don't notice any gains, especially when not measuring. PE isn't a quick results type thing, it takes time.
Anything you may need to know if you're new to PE. (link is actually at the top of the page too)
