for those of you who have gained substantially (.5+ inches) in girth, did you get it in depth, or width or both. I wonder if this varies exercise to exercise and man to man.

A pronounced CS stands out like a sore thumb (a good sore thumb!!). While large CC's give you your most girth, visually they are completely encased within your shaft. A thick, protruding CS adds both to your size and the overall visual presentation!! My wife goes nuts over mine.
In both, but mostly width and at the base first. I've always had a shorter looking flat and wide penis and it just wants to continue on that path. Genetics. However since pumping I've had the best depth gains. For me it gets blood into places that jelqing just didn't. I get more wider with jelqing and much more deeper with pumping.

I've had similar results since I starting trying out pumping. It's almost like my penis squashes itself into the contour of the cylinder. Hopefully, I can get some of it to stick around if I keep at it. It already seems to be taking longer and longer to go away, but there's still a bunch of manual junk mixed in, so maybe that's finally starting to have an effect.

PS- I just posted about that "cylindrical effect" of the pumping on another forum a few days back. I mentioned that after I had experienced and learned of it, I starting noticing the look with porn guys in some scenes, and was wondering if others had.
Is there any perticular exercise for cs? I appologize, but I can't seem to find anything, search is not working as it should....
But I do ultimate jelqs, ones that rbi99 described. Not sure if that's enough or not. My cs is visible but it's very soft.
I asked the same question a few days ago, now i'm doing a jelq that targets the cs directly but gives the rest
of the penis a good workout to. What I do is point the penis straight up, then during a overhand jelq I angle my hand
so my thumb points more towards my head then I jelq straight up and press my index finger with a firm grip around
the cs and perform the jelq to the head, when I reach it I angle my thumb, which rests on the top of the shaft, towards
my base(fatpad). This gives a great workout. Also, it seems the CS can take a lot of force. But of course take it
very easy!
