  • Warm downs or Cool downs to be more beneficial?

    I've read a few threads on here and most have recommended warm downs after a PE session (JP90 for one) as well as a few individual posts/users. However, I had read a newbie starters kind of thread also that had quoted someone saying that warm downs are actually detrimental to growth and that cool downs should be used instead. (also saw individual users use cool downs in their routines)
    So, what is the PEgym community's take on these and the benefits either have over the others?
    5/27/12: BPEL 6.25 EG: 5.125
    6/04/12: BPEL 6.50 EG: 5.500 (think from EQ gains only)

    I don't think there's one specific take on it, there are arguements for both sides, and both people who warm down and cool down see gains. I personally prefer warm downs cause they keep me nice and long, I can use the warm down phase to put in some edging allowing for better time management, and the heat is generally thought to expand the penis more.
