  • Q and A for supplements

    Hey guys, everyone on the forums so far has been amazing with their support and help. I might be able to help others out as well. I dont know much about PE and am still learning, however I run a vitamin store, and have for years. So I have tried just about everything, and I figured that if anyone had any questions I would be glad to inform and share not only my experiences but some well trusted friends. So please dont be shy, ask me anything you are wondering if it pertains to supplements of any kind. I have read through a lot of the older supplement posts and there are definitely some people taking ineffective dosages of stuff, or taking supplements that have been diss-proven many times over in research. Dont be Shy! lol

      But for newtope I heard l-arginine is great for blood flow and expansion of blood vessels. Anything else that would aid in that area?

            On effectiveness, let's use my zinc supplement as an example. It is chelated, but says it's zinc gluconate. I had heard that gluconate supplements aren't as easy for your body to process as other types, ie expensive urine.
            Starting point(4-24-12): BPEL 5.5, MEG 4.75(12cm), BEG 5.0.

            Progress(12-24-12) BPEL 6.25in MEG 5 1/8(13cm) BEG 5.75 (14.5cm)

              1) best supplement to increase flaccid size, hang?
              2) I took l-arginine for a month, my blood flow was the same, should I take it in conjunction with another supplement, or should I increase the daily dosage?

                i have terrible knee joints is there anything more than omega 3 i should take
                Starting: 02/10/2013 NBPEL 6 1/2 inches MEG 4 13/16 inches BEG 5 inches

                Current: 13/11/2013 NBPEL 6 5/8 inches MEG 4 7/5 inches BEG 5 1/8 inches

                Goal: BPEL 8 inches NBPEL 7 inches MEG 5 inches

                  The only thing I'm really curious about is Acai berry pills. I've seen some sex pills (size/stamina) and websites who have tried to promote the benefits of Acai into helping with blood flow, bigger penis, as well as being and anti-oxident......how much of a benefit does it really give?
                  5/27/12: BPEL 6.25 EG: 5.125

                    Please when posting provide me with your current PE problems, or problem you would like to fix, and preferably age. For increasing libido, many things will work, some better for others. The less potent of the libido products would be zinc, ginseng, yohimbe are all good ones. If you are slightly older, and have no libido then it might be the case of lower testosterone (it happens to everyone as we age so dont feel bad), for this I can not stress how well tribulus works. Yes there are many other ways to boost your testosterone, but this is the most effective in my experience and its natural.

                        hey newtope25, I am 17 years old, I was always embarrased by my flaccid size, I would like to know what supplements should I take to increase flaccid size, hang?
                        I took l-arginine for a month, but I did not notice any blood flow or flaccis size changes, (I took 1000mg/day) should I take it in conjunction with another supplement
                        or should I increase the daily dosage?

                          On Acai- Great antioxidant, and will improve immune system, but outside of those two benefits dont expect to see anything else.

                          On arginine- this amino acid has been disproved for its nitric oxide effect it is supposed to have since the late 90s. Arginine actually gets broken down by an enzyme we produce called arginase before it even gets to the blood stream. Massive dosages are required for any affect at all. A far more efficient way to boost nitric oxide levels and improve blood flow is through citrulline malate, it actually gets into the blood stream and then turns into arginine. This is what I use, and it is very effective.

                          For a better flaccid hang we want to be using products like fish oil at 2-3 grams a day (this depends on your health so be careful), The 5 Gs recommended by kingpole were spot on as well.

                          Listen guys anxiety and stress negatively affects PE, so if I can recommend anything at all its its committing to a healthy lifestyle. This means eating healthy, doing some form of exercise, getting adequate rest, and overall dont sweat the small stuff. Of course there are supplements to improve anxiety or stress, but why not just treat your body with respect, you only get one, so take care of it and it will take care of you trust me!

                          Keep the questions coming guys. There are so many supplements out there, and to be honest many of them are fluff.

                          Wand-Extendio: PM me with more info on your joints please, there are a lot of things that work but really depends on a case by case basis. But yes fish oil is one of the best supplements for joints as well as overall health... and from my experience, anyone wanting a better flaccid hand and blood flow should be taking it as well.

                            Like I said above, arginine wont help as much as you think. I originally came to PeGym to improve my constantly turteling flaccid, I have been taking supplements to improve it too for years. With a good consistent routine, bed fowfers, and supplements I now have a nice hang most of the day. The supplements I think helped the most were my 2-3 grams of fish oil, citrulline malate, and the 5 Gs by kingpole. If you havent read that article yet here I will post the link below. I also feel that on lower body days for exercising, the increased blood flow to that area of my body is obviously noticeable. So what I do now is a few sets of air squats and some lower body stretching. This seems to help me with a better hang. But I would be nowhere without my PE routine and bed fowfers.

                              I am 42 I am here for ED and libido issues. Not considering PE to increase size just for EQ. I have a post in ED forum giving some of my test results.
