  • No flaccid gains

    I'm doing PE for almost 6 months
    I was able to gain over 0.5 inches in BPEL and zero in flaccid

    Sometimes next day after routine I have a temporary gains in flaccid length but they are not permanent

    Did anybody else experienced it?

    Base on what I read flaccid gains come first than BPSFL and than BPEL

    I will continue my current routine but I'm just curios if anybody else experienced same effects

    What's your routine? Extenders are really good for flaccid gains (people generally gain more in flaccid length than in erect).
    Initial (16/6/12) : nbpel 12.5 cm / 4.9 inches , mseg 12cm / 4.7 inches

    Current(28/9/12) : nbpel 15.3 cm / 6.0 inches , mseg 12.4cm / 4.9 inches

    Goal: nbpel: 16.5cm / 6.5 inches , mseg 14.5cm / 5.7 inches

      I'm with meCoach. Switched a bunch of routines for the past 4 months

        I've heard that bed fowfers and lazy ass stretches help with flaccid hang. You might want to give these a shot.

        Also, keep in mind that flaccid gains may follow erect ones. When my erect was growing rapidly, I saw no real increase in flaccid. But then the flaccid caught up and gained after a few months.
        Starting (02/21/12): 4.81 BPEL x 4.31 mid-EG
        05/23/12: 5.68 x 4.43
        08/22/12: 5.81 x 4.43
        Short-term goal: 6.0 x 4.5

          Maybe it will be my case as well. I didn't experience any rapid BPEL grow but it's growing....
          Let's see if in a couple of months my flaccid size will catch up

            I didn't see any flaccid gains with my first half inch neither. But after the 2nd half inch my flaccid gains have kept up with my erect gains which is awesome because 1 inch of flaccid length is more noticeable than 1 inch of erect length. I would assume flaccid exercises are better for flaccid gains.
            BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
            MEG: 5.9-6.5" HeadEG: 5.4-6.25" BEG: 6.25-7"
            CI:1.5 -2.5
            Flaccid: 5"x4.75" -> 6.25"x5.375" for +63% volume
            275ml-435ml in 3 years, 6 months(active 2 years) for +58% volume
            6.7x5.9 - 8.57x6.5 or bigger than 9/10x49/50 - 2999/3000x1666/1667

              How physically fit and active are you? do you smoke? are you overweight?

              I strongly believe that flaccid size is directly linked to circulation and cardio-vascular health

                I'm fit. I work out 3 times weekly including cardio.

                  Depends what we are talking about. First off you have a better hang which came from downward stretches (which in retrospect includes fowfers) targeting the ligaments. Then we have more length in flaccidity. Measure your flaccid length like you do your erectile length to see if you have grown because what you see letting hang can deceive you; then you will know where you are at.

                      Have you checked in the morning? In the morning my flaccid looks really good since PE.

                        I never took measurements in the morning. It doesn't make sense for me do it. I wouldn't know if I gain or not.

                          Staying properly hydrated during the day helps as well

                          So, hydration, loose fitting underwear, good bloodflow and downward stretches will help with your flaccid

                              I have had virtually no increase in flaccid in the almost year I've been doing PE; however, I have realized right at an inch when erect. I'd like to be a shower, but I'd rather be a grower. Both would be ideal. Good luck.
