  • Will I gain?

Okay. My penis is 6.1" in length and 5" in girth.

What is the best method for length and girth (safest). Will I see gains and can it be reversed?

    Welcome to the gym,

No one can say if you gain but most who put in the time do. Read the link I provided, it will help alot. You can easily reverse the gains by stopping if you dont like it.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Welcome, the best and safest is to read all you can, starting here is great:

Then start on a beginner routine, jp90 is the most popular one here, so check it out.

          Welcome to PE Riches.

There are some beginner routines, but the one we link the most is JP90's beginner routine. It's a conditioning routine that will condition your penis for the rigors of the more intermediate and advanced exercises.
          https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html

Jelquing the most basic exercise. Sort of the one that does the most and there are several variations built on the basic jelq. Learn it well, since it's a core exercises of the JP90. Once you complete the JP90 (90 days) you will have a better idea of how you want to proceed, since in those 3 months you've also been reading up on what you'll do next (right?).

Once you reach your goals, you have to follow a maintenance routine. These routines are really small and take very little time. You do that routine until those gains are cemented.

You should read the safety first thread. You only have one unit and these exercises can be dangerous if you don't go about it slowly and methodically.

Good luck and happy, safe Pe'ing.
