(the last month I added 2 ulis and edging)
My routine for the past 3 weeks has been:
Warmup
5 minutes manual btc
50 jelqs
5 ulis
Edging
3x a week, planning on adding a minute of hanging and another uli every month (or more if it feels right)
So far I love my routine. My flaccid has been heavy and hanging lower (more like 7lot now), my eq is a 10, and my dick stays hard even after sex. No negative PIs.
So, why change? I read big Al's jelq free routine, and it seems pretty similar to what I created. The benefit of switching would be that Id be following a more "proven" routine. That being said, I tried squeezes and felt more expansion after ulis. Is my routine sound, or do I need to play it safe with big als routine?
